As you are now aware, is no longer functioning. We apologize for the trouble this has caused all of our valued customers.
CRE Loaded had partnered with ChatStat Instant Messenger to bring you this feature. However, ChatStat had some technical issues that they fixed by creating a new version that unfortunately is not fully compatible with CRE Loaded.
It is not economically feasible for us to attempt to modify and continue to support the ChatStat version of CRE Messenger, so we will instead bid farewell to that partnership and work with all haste on rolling out a proven chat solution that is reliable and 100% compatible with CRE Loaded eCommerce software.
Anyone who wishes to continue using the ChatStat version of CRE Messenger should be contacted soon by ChatStat for assistance in upgrading to the new platform.
Once again, we apologize to all of our customers who were inconvenienced by this, and we promise to alert you as soon as a new, reliable Messenger Module is available.
