Many CRE Loaded users install the software themselves and perform upgrades regularly. For an additional fee you can have a CRE Support Tech perform the initial installation for you. This service is available for new, first-time installations only. CRE SUPPORT DOES NOT INSTALL UPGRADES. However, upgrade services are available from freelance contractors on www.crelance.com
