Affiliates menu

Affiliates are other websites that run banner ads for your store. All affiliate accounts are managed from this menu.

Summary

This menu provides general information about your affiliate advertising program, listing the number of affiliates, transactions, sales, conversion rate, total commissions paid, etc.

"Build Banner" takes you to the affiliate banner manager, which lists your current banner ads and providing the option to create a new banner ad. (See the Banners sub-menu.)

"Clickthrough Report" generates a detailed report of each clickthrough, listing the affiliate and the product clicked on. (See the Clicks sub-menu.)

"Sales Report" generates a detailed report of sales made through affiliates, listing the affiliate, the value of the sale, the affiliate's commission rate and value, and the status of the order. (See the Sales sub-menu.)

Affiliates

Manage your affiliates from this menu. It lists the name, commission rate, and homepage of the affiliate and provides access to general statistics, clickthrough reports, and sales reports for each affiliate.

Payment

This menu lists the payments made to each affiliate. See Sales and Promotions, Section 4.2.6 in the Online Manual for complete information.

Sales

This menu provides a detailed report of sales made through affiliates, listing the affiliate, the value of the sale, the affiliate's commission rate and value, and the status of the order.

Clicks

This menu provides a detailed report of each clickthrough, listing the affiliate and the product clicked on.

Banners

This menu lists your current banner ads. Click "New Banner" to create a new banner ad. See Sales and Promotions, Section 4.2.3 in the Online Manual for complete information.

Affiliate News

Create and manage affiliate news items from this menu. News items are seen by your Affiliates when they log onto your website. See Sales and Promotions, Section 4.2.7 in the Online Manual for complete information.

Affiliate Newsletter

Create and manage affiliate newsletters from this menu. Newsletters are emailed to your Affiliates, just like a regular newsletter is mailed to your customers. See Sales and Promotions, Section 4.2.7 in the Online Manual for complete information.

This menu lets you send email to one or more of your affiliates.
