If you want to keep your CRE Loaded Community Edition (formerly CRE Loaded Standard) but just need ongoing access to support, you can purchase an annual chat and e-mail support plan for our open source edition by purchasing the PCI PRO Annual Renewal shown above.

We only support the core or stock code of CRE Loaded and do not support customizations or unauthorized versions. Please email customer.service@creloaded.com if you have questions about what we will and will not support prior to your purchase. Support packages include access to the version patches and the support only. Labor for patch or upgrade work is not included and can be quoted separately upon request to customer.service@creloaded.com.
